Aiva Sperberga

Aiva Sperberga is a Partner and Co-COO APAC Advisory at Lazard CL. She previously served as Co-Head of APAC Advisory and Co-Head of APAC Secondaries at Campbell Lutyens.

Aiva joined Campbell Lutyens in 2009 and has advised GPs and LPs on a broad range of secondary transactions across private equity, infrastructure, private credit and real estate, as well as playing a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the firm’s secondary advisory presence in Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens, Aiva worked in the UBS fund placement group and at an M&A advisory boutique. She holds a Master in Management from ESCP Europe and a BSc in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
