Gerald Cooper

Gerald Cooper is a Partner and Co-Head of North America Secondary Advisory at Lazard CL. He previously served as Global Co-Head of Campbell Lutyens’ Secondaries Advisory practice, with specific responsibility for the North America secondaries business, and sat on the firm’s Management and Operations Committees.

Since joining Campbell Lutyens in 2016, Gerald has built the North America secondaries team into a leading platform and advised on numerous high-profile LP-led and GP-led transactions. He previously spent 12 years at UBS, latterly as Global Co-Head of Secondary Advisory, and earlier worked in private equity investing and investment banking in New York and Hong Kong.
